Our HVAC had lost cooling efficiency and had been running for a solid week without shutting down/off, thermostat set on 70°F. Also, during the daytime hours, the inside of our house would increase in temperature approximately 8°F to 12°F as the unit was struggling to keep the house cool during the Summer heat.
We called MPE Services at approximately 8:15am Friday morning and the HVAC Technician (Chance Gore) arrived at our house before 9:00am, now that's fast service. Chance very thoroughly checked, cleaned, identified, repaired and charged our unit. He took time to show/explain the issue and answer questions/concerns. Our HVAC is now running smooth and currently pulling the house temp down from approximately 80°F to the desired 70°F. It's now lowering the house temp during the hottest part of the day, instead of failing to maintain house temperature (increasing house temperature 8°F to 12°F during the day) like it was before. Now I sit and wonder why didn't I have them check it sooner. How much electricity money have I wasted by not checking it sooner.
