These Official Rules govern all Fall Kickoff giveaways operated by MPE Services (“Sponsor”) during the promotional period in North Alabama.

Eligibility

Open to legal residents of North Alabama, age 18 or older.
Employees of MPE Services, their immediate family members, and household members are not eligible.
No purchase necessary to enter.

How to Enter

Book a Service
Schedule and complete any paid MPE Services job during the giveaway period = 1 entry.
Purchase or renew a Service Plan Agreement (SPA) = 2 entries.
Social Media Engagement
Like the giveaway post, share the post publicly, then comment with the requested prompt (e.g., favorite football team, tailgate snack) and tag 2 friends. Completing all actions = 1 entry.
New weekly posts may be completed for additional entries.
Referral Bonus
Refer a friend who books and completes a service during the giveaway period = 2 bonus entries for the referrer + 1 entry for the new customer.

Entries that are incomplete, late, or do not follow instructions may be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion.

Prizes

Weekly Prizes: Winners may receive restaurant gift cards, branded MPE gear, or game-day snack baskets. Specific prize values and partners may vary by week.

Grand Prize — Game Day Experience Pack

BBQ Basket & Cooler Combo (grilling essentials, snacks, and drinks)

Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

Winner Selection & Notification

Weekly winners are chosen at random from eligible entries received during that week.
The Grand Prize winner is drawn at random from all eligible entries received during the entire giveaway period.
Winners will be announced on MPE Services’ official Facebook and Instagram pages and contacted by private message, email, or phone.
Winners must respond within 5 business days or an alternate winner may be selected.

Additional Terms

By entering, participants grant MPE Services permission to share their name and/or photo on social media and promotional materials.
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Instagram, or any partner restaurant.
Participation constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion for any reason, including fraud, technical issues, or other factors beyond Sponsor’s control.
